1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by TotaalTV ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TotaalTV.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service. Continued use of the Service following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Service Description
TotaalTV provides a cloud-based Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that allows users to access live television, video-on-demand content, and other multimedia services via the internet.

3. User Responsibilities
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and subscribe to our services.
- Personal Use: The Service is provided exclusively for private, non-commercial use. Commercial exhibition is strictly prohibited.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Private Entertainment
Our infrastructure enforces strict private user data protocols to secure consumer network packages.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software, is the property of TotaalTV or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The "TotaalTV" name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use these trademarks in connection with any product or service that is not TotaalTV's in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Redistributing, rebroadcasting, or transmitting the Service content to any other person or entity.
- Sharing account credentials with individuals outside of your immediate household.
- Attempting to circumvent or disable any content protection system or digital rights management technology.
- Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of local, state, national, or international law.
6. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TOTAALTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
In no event shall TotaalTV, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
7. Termination
TotaalTV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Service or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for conduct that TotaalTV believes violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, TotaalTV, or third parties.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide by them.
